Willie was the biggest factor in my decision to buy a Ranger XP 1000 from Cowboys. The price was on spot and did not change when it was time to sign papers. Willie listen to what I wanted from purchased and delivered. He was even able to order and have a Probox Top installed with in days of the purchase. The service department did a very professional job installing the Probox top.

Stopped in to get a t-shirt. Saw the store from the hiway on our way home from Galveston. Guys in the sore were great. Friendly let our grandson sit on a couple of bikes, even let him put on a helmet and gloves. We love Indians but aren't owners....yet. When the time comes to get our Indian (hopefully) I would fly down here, buy our bike and ride it home to Illinois.

"I own a 2010 Ranger XP 800. I brought it on a Friday to get the 25 hour service done. Service department was great and fast. However, while I was there I was wanting to purchase a set of wheels and tires for my Ranger. The only person that would help me was the service guy but he could not tell me if I got a discount or not and he could not tell me what the total cost of the wheels and tire would be. He was trying but it appeared pretty quick that the parts department did not want to sell any wheels and tires. I finally told them I had to go but it really was sad that I was trying to spend a thousand dollars and could not get anyone to help. At least your service department is on top of their game, can't say the same for the parts."

Every time I have needed any thing for my VTX1300 they have had it or could get it quicker than any other dealer that I tried to work with. "I tried your email directory but it would not work. I had my '04 VTX 1300 in yesterday for a valve adj., plugs, and inspection. Darrell did the valves and told me it should improve my mpg (which had recently dropped off considerably). He was absolutely right. It went from 32-34 to over 44 mpg on the first tank at 65-75 mph. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise. Well we live between Houston and Galveston and were'nt real interested in driving all the way to Beaumont to look at a bike. This is just a statment of FACT! I went down to the beach help my friend pull his Ranger out of the marsh. We were struggling to get it out of the water. So my friend decided to get his H2 Hummer involved! He got the H2 stuck in a little ditch and guess what came to the rescue? "We heard about Cowboy Polaris: We own 2 Harley's from Cowboy Harley and 1 four wheeler from Cowboy Honda. We like the attention we receive from the Cowboy Dealerships thats why we went there. We showed up at the Polaris dealership around 12:00 noon on Friday August 22. There was only 1 sales person there at the time so I walked around to the parts desk and asked if I could get someone to help us out by answering some of our questions. The lady answered every question, explained how thing worked and the options. We have friends that have Rhino's and that was what we were actually suppose to go look at but we stopped here 1st. She sold it to us within 30 mins of hearing her talk about the product and it's accessories. She really just blew us away. When we asked her to help we really figured we would leave disappointed. WRONG! She just dropped what she was doing on the computer and walked out side and did everything a normal sales person would do. After she made the sale she walked us over to the manager to work out the price and paper work because he was finally thru with his customer. We explained how helpful she was and we would like to deal with her again in the future. He wrapped everything up for us. He was really cheerful and helpful. The whole experience was great. Now pass this on to Polaris the cup holders need to be bigger, the lights need a high and low beam on them, and a horn. Other than that we are more than satisfied with the product."

I purchased a preowned 2003 Honda Shadow VLX 600 in May 2007. I am very pleased with my purchase but also with the salesman who did not pressure me. I am short so the VLX 600 is a very comfortable bike for me. I am also a new rider so the bike is very good for that. Some sales people at another dealership (not Honda or Harley) attempted to sell me a brand new bike much too large than what I really needed or was willing to try at the time and with a much pricier tag. I was able to negotiate a great deal on this bike and able to ride now without having to spend a enormous amount to get started. They also recommended a rider safety class in the area which was excellent and threw in a new helmet at a good price. I have been back several times for accessories and parts to enhance my new ride.
